Sunday: Full body measurements (neck, chest, waist, hips, thighs, biceps) + progress photos (front, side, rear)
Daily: Body weight (photo of scale), water intake, food measurements + meal photos
Weekly Schedule:
Sunday: Meal prep + submit weekly check-ins
Wednesday: Submit feedback & requests for next week's menu
Friday: Receive new weekly menu (to begin Sunday)
