Check-Ins:

  • Sunday: Full body measurements (neck, chest, waist, hips, thighs, biceps) + progress photos (front, side, rear)

  • Daily: Body weight (photo of scale), water intake, food measurements + meal photos

Weekly Schedule:

  • Sunday: Meal prep + submit weekly check-ins

  • Wednesday: Submit feedback & requests for next week's menu

  • Friday: Receive new weekly menu (to begin Sunday)

You start building your plan with me through MyFitnessPal. I guide you in understanding your food choices—what, why, and when to eat. Weekly updates + real-time modifications as needed.

  • Daily: Body weight (photo) + meal photo check-ins

Weekly Schedule:

  • Sunday: Meal prep + check-in submission

  • Wednesday: Feedback for next week's menu

  • Wednesday: Menu feedback + questions
