12 Week Macro Based Meal Plan & Accountability Program

Phase 1: Weeks 1–4

I DO, YOU IMPLEMENT

Meal Plan:
I create your customized macro-based meal plan based on your goals, lifestyle, and food preferences. Menus are updated weekly. Real-time modifications are available throughout the week. Your job: Follow it exactly.

Check-Ins:

  • Sunday: Full body measurements (neck, chest, waist, hips, thighs, biceps) + progress photos (front, side, rear)

  • Daily: Body weight (photo of scale), water intake, food measurements + meal photos

Weekly Schedule:

  • Sunday: Meal prep + submit weekly check-ins

  • Wednesday: Submit feedback & requests for next week's menu

  • Friday: Receive new weekly menu (to begin Sunday)

Phase 2: Weeks 5–8

WE DO, YOU IMPLEMENT

Meal Plan:
You start building your plan with me through MyFitnessPal. I guide you in understanding your food choices—what, why, and when to eat. Weekly updates + real-time modifications as needed.

Check-Ins:

  • Sunday: Full body measurements + progress photos

  • Daily: Body weight (photo) + meal photo check-ins

Weekly Schedule:

  • Sunday: Meal prep + check-in submission

  • Wednesday: Feedback for next week's menu

  • Friday: Receive new menu to start Sunday

Phase 3: Weeks 9–12

YOU DO, I APPROVE, YOU IMPLEMENT

Meal Plan:
You will independently create your meal plan using MyFitnessPal. I review and approve each plan before implementation. You'll fully understand how to build and adjust meals based on your macros.

Check-Ins:

  • Sunday: Body measurements + progress photos

  • Daily: Body weight + meal photos

Weekly Schedule:

  • Sunday: Final meal prep + full check-in

  • Wednesday: Menu feedback + questions

  • Friday: Plan approval for the next week

This program is designed to put you in control, with structure, support, and accountability at every step.
