About Me
Founder of SIS Fitness & Health | Mom of Four | Women’s Wellness Coach
I’m a Women’s Fitness & Nutrition Coach, specializing in accountability and metabolic health. I work with women who are ready to take back control of their health, physically, mentally, and emotionally. What sets me apart is that I don’t just hand out cookie-cutter plans. I walk alongside my clients with structure, education, and real-life strategy. My programs are built around fat loss, gut health, hormonal balance, and sustainable routines. This isn’t about quick fixes, it’s about building a body and a mindset that can carry you for a lifetime.
I’m most proud of the transformation I’ve undergone to get here. I wasn’t always this version of myself. In 2014, I was going through a brutal divorce, newly single with four boys, 115 lbs, barely eating, and just starting Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. I had no idea what the future would hold. I walked away from a business I built with my ex-husband and had to start over with nothing but grit, discipline, and belief that I could create something better.
It hasn’t been easy. There were years of survival mode. I’ve cried, failed, and questioned my path more times than I can count. But each challenge forced me to level up, mentally, emotionally, and professionally. The biggest lesson I’ve learned is that consistency beats perfection. If you keep showing up and doing the work, life opens up.
What I want the world to know is that I don’t do this just for aesthetics. I coach women because I know how hard it is to put yourself last, to feel lost in motherhood or burned out by work, and to want something more. I’ve been there. And I built SIS Fitness & Health to be a place where women can find their strength again, through education, nutrition, and accountability.
This is more than a business. It’s my mission. And I’m just getting started.
A Bit More About Me:
I’ve been training and coaching Brazilian Jiu Jitsu since 2014, it’s taught me discipline, humility, and the value of showing up consistently, even on the hard days. I also love running and have a deep passion for training for marathons, where both the mental and physical endurance pay off.
Fitness, for me, isn’t just about aesthetics, it’s about living fully, staying grounded, and honoring your strength.
I’m currently prepping for my first Bikini Bodybuilding competition later this year.
I’ve never been more locked in. What fascinates me most is this:We have the power to change our own bodies. With the right plan, mindset, and consistency, we can literally reshape our physical form, and in the process, completely transform how we see ourselves.
I also chose to do this because I want to experience the world of competition firsthand, to broaden my perspective and bring even more value to you.
This journey is more than aesthetics. It’s discipline. It’s trust. It’s ownership. And I’m here for all of it.
What I Believe:
I believe that when you develop a strong belief in your own capabilities, you unlock the power to live the life you truly want, healthy, energized, and free.
It’s not just about looking good, it’s about feeling good. And it’s never too late to start.
If you’re ready to reclaim your health, reset your mindset, and rebuild your routine, I’m here to coach you through it.
