Gluten Free, Sugar Free Carrot Cake

4 eggs

1 cup Truvia

1 cup I can’t Beleive its not butter

1 /4 cup greek yogurt

1/2 Waldens Caramel syrup

1 cup gluten free flour

1 cup blended oats

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

2 teaspoons baking soda

2 teasppons baking powdr

1 tbsp cinnamon

2 cups carrots

1 1/2 cup walnuts

1/8 teaspoon all spice

1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

Frosting:

2 cups Heavy Whipping cream

1 cup cream cheese

1/2 cup Allulose

1 teaspoon vanilla

Set oven to 350
